World Yoga Day

We had a yoga instructor in at The Springboard Project today to complete some wellbeing activities with staff and students for World Yoga Day.

The aim was to explore calming strategies and the benefits of yoga. Some students enjoyed it that much that they attended more than one session.

Students were able to regulate themselves using breathing and mindfulness strategies which is a great tool to use in their daily life. Staff and students got involved and had a great experience.
